About me
I have experience supporting clients as they navigate extreme anxiety, depression and self-harm.
I work with people who have experienced trauma, helping them move toward a more peaceful and grounded life. Together we can explore any childhood experiences or attachment styles that may be affecting your adult relationships.
I work with clients in addiction recovery, helping them explore the roots of their addiction and recognise negative patterns so they can move forward with greater clarity and freedom. I also support loved ones and family members affected by addiction, acknowledging how deeply this can impact family life.
I work alongside people who have experienced narcissistic abuse, whether from a romantic partner or a family member. Healing from this type of abuse is complex and often deeply confusing. It requires self-compassion, patience, and consistent support.
I also understand the complexities of being neurodiverse and appreciate the unique challenges that can come with this experience. I counsel people with OCD and ADHD. Additionally, I work with clients experiencing Limerence or maladaptive daydreaming, helping you to explore your experience and why you become stuck in certain patterns.
