I am here to guide you as you explore your inner world.
I help you balance the logical mind with the feelings held in your body, allowing you to unpack and sit with your emotions.
Together, we explore the space between where you want to be and the acceptance of where you are right now. When this distance becomes too great, a sense of discord can grow within us. My aim is to help you return to yourself, feel comfortable in your own skin and discover who you truly are.
Perhaps your feelings have had nowhere to go. Maybe you pack difficult emotions away and avoid exploring them. There may be parts of yourself you struggle to accept or moments where shame has taken hold. You may have even felt that you don’t quite fit in. Confronting all aspects of yourself can be challenging, but it opens the door to self-worth and your full potential.
